The Atlas Copco down-thehole crawler ROC L830, now upgraded with a 30 bar and a cylinder feeding system that can up to 140 mm diameter tubes, boosting by up to 30% compared to previous models.

 

Angle and hole depth readings, laser-plane capability and hole depth shutdown enable blast holes to be drilled according to plan, giving smoother benches and better rock fragmentation. The SmartRig at Bauma will be equipped with a unique silencing kit and a full range of other options. Also on show will be the down-the-hole crawler ROC L830 which has now been upgraded with a 30 bar compressor and unique cylinder feeding system which can handle up to 140 mm diameter drill tubes. The productivity of this model is up to 30 percent higher than previous models and can also be fitted with a Reverse Circulation kit for ore grade control in open pit mines.
