C1000 and R-Series compressors selected as finalists for Plant Engineering's Product of the Year

Plant Engineering has selected Ingersoll Rand's Centac C1000 centrifugal and R-Series 90-160 kW (125-200 hp) rotary screw compressors as 2010 Product of the Year Finalists. In its 23rd year, Product of the Year is recognized as one of the most prestigious awards for new products in the manufacturing sector. All finalists are presented in the November issue of Plant Engineering magazine, and online at http://www.plantengineering.com. Plant Engineering’s readers will vote for the new products they believe will help them run their plants more reliably and efficiently in the coming year. All qualified subscribers can vote online between now and December 31st. Winners will be announced at the 2011 Manufacturing/Automation Summit in March.
